To export beef and beef products to the United Arab Emirates, the applicant must request, from AMS’ ARC Branch, a Statement of Verification (SOV) for each shipment. Information about the EV program for United Arab Emirates and a list of EV approved establishments can be obtained from AMS’ Web site.
